Shipping & Returns
We’re a small, family-owned business, and many of our items are handmade, limited edition, or curated in small batches. Because of this, we have a few simple policies in place:
Shipping
We offer a combination of ready-to-ship items and made-to-order goods. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-ship items typically sent out within 2–3 business days to allow time for packing and processing.
- Made-to-order items may take additional time to craft and prepare. Estimated processing times will be noted on each product page whenever possible.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they may be shipped separately. We’ll keep you updated with tracking info for each package if applicable.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, you may open a claim directly with the shipping service selected at checkout.
Returns

All Sales Are Final
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@alongthehudson.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement if the damage is confirmed.
Please note:
- We cannot offer refunds for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Order Changes
We are not able to update any shipping address after it has been submitted, therefore we advise you to check this information before completing your order.
Order Cancellations
We’re happy to cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at orders@alongthehudson.com with your order number.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
Made-to-order and limited edition items are final sale once the order is placed.
